Payments are verified against the uploaded receipt and transaction reference. Submission of a screenshot does not itself confirm payment or access.
Digital access
Once E-Library access has been granted and digital material becomes available, the fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where CSS Unofficial cannot provide the purchased access.
Incorrect or duplicate payment
Contact us promptly with the transaction reference. Valid duplicate or incorrect payments will be reviewed individually.
